By creating an account or using Dynasty HQ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides fantasy football tools and AI-assisted analysis. It connects to third-party fantasy platforms (such as Sleeper, ESPN, MyFantasyLeague, and Yahoo) at your direction. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms or the NFL.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and tiers are shown in the App. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed and managed by Apple under its terms; subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel from the store/account where you purchased. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for entertainment and informational purposes only and are not professional, financial, or betting advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Don't misuse the App: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no scraping or reselling data; no unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it to operate the App (for example, sending your questions to AI providers to generate responses).
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, C2 Football LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
